Overmolding/3-D Printing

Princeton Technology is further distinguished with our Overmolding and three-dimensional printing capabilities.

These services, in concert with our contract manufacturing capabilities, offer our customers advanced design and development options all under one roof.

Low pressure over-molding can replace cumbersome potting techniques while providing superior moisture resistance and protection. Cable strain reliefs, connector encapsulation and even printed circuit board assemblies can be safely encapsulated using high-performance adhesive material.

A low cost solution to protect your sensitive electronic assemblies from the elements and wear. Advantages of low pressure molding:  Low-cost tooling, Rapid turn tooling, Rapid prototypes

3-D Printing

We primarily employ our 3-D Printer as an adjunct to our cable overmolding process. This allows us to design and print prototype and low-run production molds in days rather than weeks - and at a fraction of the cost.

This equipment helps us decrease the amount of time between seeing your product in a CAD program, and putting a production product within your grasp. 3-D Printing Capabilities Allow Princeton to:  Make it real - high accuracy and detail for functional parts, Print fast, testable products, Print products with different material properties and durometers.
